So, basically this week has been rough.. As some of you may know ( if you follow me on twitter or read my other blog) I suffer from an anxiety disorder.
For those who don't know anxiety is a mental illness and honestly it sucks. It means that you're confined to fear and you feel like your stuck in a worry cloud of your biggest fears and you can't get out. People with an anxiety disorder can also suffer from 'Panic Attacks' when I say panic attacks I mean like:
- Not being able to breathe in a normal steady pace.
- shivering
- cold feeling
- claustrophobia
- glued to the spot
Yeah.. Not great..
Please don't comment below " Everyone has anxiety every now and again, just get over it!" Coming from experience you can't get over an 'ANXIETY DISORDER' its a totally different thing...
This week I've been involved in a production and my anxiety has been playing up BIG TIME! It just really upset me that my anxiety stops me from doing the things that I love doing.. and the last few weeks have just been really tough and I'm just getting really worked up and down about it even though there's nothing I can do about it.
Do any of you guys suffer from an anxiety disorder? If you do message me on twitter or comment below how you deal with it? Any tips or suggestions I could try?
